we began operations in 2009, our aim was to take more people to more places, more often. We now fly to more than 125 destinations in 58 countries and we’re constantly adding new cities to our network as we continue to grow. Over 100 million passengers have chosen to flydubai, making us the second largest carrier, by passenger numbers, operating out of Dubai International (DXB). With the vision and support of the Government of Dubai, we’ve opened up opportunities for travel, tourism and trade and we’ve enhanced connectivity by increasing accessibility to and from Dubai.

We currently operate a single fleet-type of 84 Boeing 737 aircraft which includes 29 Next-Generation Boeing 737-800, 52 Boeing 737 MAX 8 and 3 Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft. Since 2008 we have placed four aircraft orders with the largest order for a single-aisle aircraft in the region at the 2017 Dubai Airshow and our first wide-body order for 30 Boeing 787-9s at the 2023 edition of the Dubai Airshow.
