Responsibilities of Supervisor at Fly Dubai

• Start a team of platform coordinators and senior coordinators based on skill, workload and requirements and support them during the shift by informing them about special offers, off-schedule activities, close links, information centers etc. using appropriate systems. (OBJECTIVES). ), Baggage360 , SPLUNK, etc.
• Monitors ramp compliance of service providers and ground handlers in accordance with Flydubai procedures and processes to ensure safe reverse operations.
• Works closely with the terminal and station team to identify operational issues and implement best practices, considering compartment, human resources and baggage handling.
• Support and lead the team to ensure things are safe and on time.
• Work closely with the Dnata and flydubai baggage and cargo teams to maximize the use of all types of baggage and cargo space.
• Ensure the ramp is safe and check for any recurring problems. .
• Help resolve delays and investigate potential security issues.
• Monitor security and service issues and find ways to improve things.
• Attend flydubai work meetings.
• Inspect and report damage to flydubai material

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree (or Equivalent)
• 4 years of experience as a Supervisor
