Accountabilities of Material Planning Manager at Fly Dubai

• Construct the yearly budget for spare parts and supplies to cater to Flydubai aircraft.
• Plan the procurement of spare parts and materials cost effectively within the approved budget, including BFE.
• Perform repairs and subcontracting duties.
• Negotiate Supplier Support Agreements with suppliers and OEMs.
• Manage and monitor PBH and JIT contracts.
• Coordinate and monitor the assets belonging to Flydubai.
• Collaborate with MCC, Engineering departments and Maintenance and other departments. for all material procurement activities.
• Mainly deal with the material requirements for base maintenance and outstation MRO.
• Understand aircraft parts technical documents and specifications.
• Ensure department metrics and company goals are met.
• Ship materials during work . meetings and provide the necessary information to the material manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 6 years of experience as a Material Planning Manager.
• work together, independently and in a way that suits across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Provide your information systems with a proven track record.
• Ability to critically analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings.
