KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR AT FLY DUBAI

• Ensures the timely administration of shift worker rosters and leave management and communicates overtime with payroll.
• Assists with post-flight paperwork storage management and shredding.
• Supports the implementation of Network Control QCP processes.
• Coordinates with staff travel for booking of tickets and hotel reservations for duty travel.
• Coordinates the joining and leaver process with relevant departments and the Employee Service Centre.
• Liaises with all related departments, providing administrative assistance where necessary.
• Supports department meetings through the creation and distribution of agendas and minutes and ensuring appropriate follow-through, whether external or internal.
• Investigates and compiles daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operations.
• Keeps abreast of the expiry dates for the mandatory training and schedules the training in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Facilitates all administration requirements (stationery orders, meeting schedules, invites, meeting minutes, etc.) within the Operations Support department as and when required.
• Manages the scheduling of the NCC meeting rooms.
• Issues jump seat letters for Operations staff on flydubai flights.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Administrative Coordinator
