In this job the selected candidate is accountable to manage the property management team and contractors efficiently while performing tasks related to HVAC systems, FACP, BMS, cooling tower, and other systems. Accountabilities of Senior Manager at Fly Dubai

Developing and implementing an integrated strategy for property management that aligns with the company’s overall goals.
To ensure team success, facilities professionals such as supervisors, coordinator or support staff are responsible for implementing and overseeing activities.
Establishes and executes comprehensive strategies for real estate assets throughout their life cycle.
Performs regular health checks on critical assets and prioritizes maintenance and replacement work.
Adapt preventive maintenance programs to different equipment and facilities.
Build predictive maintenance schedules based on manufacturer recommendations and equipment usage patterns.
Establish clear protocols for emergency maintenance issues.
Performs deep root cause analysis of critical errors.
Takes corrective actions to prevent mistakes from recurring.
Implements energy efficient practices and waste reduction measures.
Integrate energy efficiency practices and waste reduction measures into daily operations.
Uses data analytics tools to analyze maintenance performance metrics.
Identifies trends and development goals using data analysis.
Identifies savings opportunities through data analysis.
Enables predictive analytics models to predict maintenance needs.
Participates in proactive planning and resource allocation based on predictive analytics.
