Accountabilities of Emergency Response Officer at Fly Dubai

Assists in the development, implementation, coordination and implementation of the company’s family support activities.
Participates in the planning and execution of Humanitarian and Special Assistance Team training across the organization and its wider network of outposts.
Document and share lessons learned to improve the family assistance program using real-world responses and case studies from various industries.
Evaluates the parameters of the Humanitarian and Family Assistance Regulation in all domains.
Provides brief updates on potential regulatory modifications.
Manages humanitarian disaster relief in partnership with our outside rescue organization.
Collaborates with Family Assistance Managers and Ambassadors to develop a Family Assistance Plan and Handbook.
Creates and maintains a database of family support team members and records their essential skills and qualifications.
Works with local and regional government agencies, hospitals and other facilities to assess their needs and preparedness during natural disasters or other emergencies.
