Accountabilities of Aviation Security Officer at Fly Dubai

• Maintains the compliance with international standards and best practices of NCASP, AOSP, and IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) for all activities.
• Participates in the day-to-day management of Flydubai’s EFOS reporting system. Duties include monitoring and investigating all safety reports, EFOS reports and initiating investigations where necessary
• Improves the principles of implementing aviation security using a security management system (SeMS).
• Explores the potential for changes to Aviation Security Compliance Specialist’s policy and procedure improvement.
• Helps to improve processes within the AVSEC department by providing feedback and observations on operations, participating in the development of new policies.
• Assists line manager in implementing new processes, procedures and projects, proactively collaborates with other departments.
• Responsible for cross-departmental activities and collaborates with functional departments to continuously improve aviation safety awareness throughout the organization
