KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS OF CLIENT OFFICER AT MEDICLINIC PARKVIEW HOSPITAL

To attend to all patient queries related to health packages offered and promote relevant services to clients
To quote services as per the pricing slab approved by the Company
To effectively prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
To ensure that all business transactions conducted adhere to our company policies and ethical standards.
To monitor and oversee the patient journey experience for all VIP and international visiting patients
Effectively manage all administrative matters related to complaints
Serve customers through incoming and outgoing communication with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
Handle complaints, present appropriate and timely solutions and ensure issues resolve
Conduct daily in-patient rounds to monitor and manage patient satisfaction

REQUIRED EDUCATION

For the job of Client Officer a relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution

EXPERIENCE

At least 2-3 years experience in a customer service setting in healthcare

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Financial Management Principles
Medical terminology
Verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage)
Patient administration service delivery processes
