Responsibilities of Call Center Agent at American Hospital Dubai

• Meet with patients, dental practitioners or other parties to answer their calls by the standard.
• Manage patient appointments effectively through the office appointment booking system by collaborating with dental staff to ensure efficient scheduling.
• Identify available appointment times and adjust them to the patient’s preferences.
• Informs patients about appointments, confirms attendance by phone calls, reduces absenteeism, and optimizes the dentist’s schedule.
• Keeps the database up-to-date by keeping track of personal information, medical history, and insurance data.
• Professionally resolves patient concerns and complaints, ensuring a positive outcome for both the patient and the dentist’s office.
• Assists patients with billing, payment options and financial arrangements.
• Communicate to patients the importance of oral health monitoring and the different dental procedures available.
• Wait to remind patients of upcoming checkups or treatments through return campaigns.
• Call current and prospective patients to schedule dental appointments.

Qualifications

• a High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience as a Call Center Agent
