Responsibilities of Administration Coordinator at Emirates Group
- Collects necessary information and documents from various sources both inside and outside the department.
- Make endless travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Communicate with senior management and other departments to effectively answer management questions.
- Sort incoming emails and phone calls, take necessary actions and direct correspondence as needed.
- Ensure all communication is directed to the correct contact and gather additional information as necessary.
- Supervise attendance records, overtime claims, and verify when necessary, ensuring timely processing for payment.
- Possess comprehensive understanding of organizational activities to effectively communicate with senior executives and external contacts on behalf of the Departmental Head/Manager.
- Maintain accuracy in Petty Cash accounts, verifying claims’ authenticity and ensuring precise record-keeping. Execute cash transactions with care to maintain account balance.
Qualification
- a Secondary school education
- 3 years of experience as an Administration Coordinator
- Competence in MS Office applications is essential.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Pleasant telephone etiquette and ability to prioritize work.
