Responsibilities of an RCM Administrator at Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital

• To ensure that invoices are accurate and given to insurance or private companies within a certain period while also verifying their quality and accuracy.
• To maintain system performance and identify any outstanding balances through the dispatch of invoices.
• Advise stakeholders on RCM findings, recommendations, and performance metrics.
• Contribute to the budget and resource planning for RCM initiatives.
• Assess performance data and failures to identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous development of maintenance techniques is facilitated by regular updating of RCM analyses.
• Dealing with change brought by new strategies or technologies for maintenance.

Qualification
