Etihad Airways is currently seeking suitable candidate for position of Terminal Supervisor with Diploma and 2 years of experience at Khalifa A, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This job main responsibility is to provide surveillance control of specific operational areas of Al Ain Airport and provide excellent guest experiences at all assigned touch points. Responsibilities of Terminal Supervisor at Etihad Airways

• Establish and track daily activities to ensure efficient performance of specific activity areas in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and quality standards.
• Check check-in procedures for both Etihad Airways and customer airlines (market and premium airlines).
• Ensure that GSAs are accountable for all flight management tasks at the departure gate, check-in, and transfer areas.
• Serves as a liaison between TCC and various internal and external stakeholders within a defined area of ​​responsibility.
• Monitor attendance and foster employee engagement and a high quality culture by leading by example emphasizing empowerment and communication.
• Implement and follow operational procedures in multiple assigned and emergent areas to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Only delegate complex tasks to a supervisor if you cannot handle them personally.
• Serves as the primary escalation point for all registry agents for operational or documentation issues.
• Handle high-level customer complaints or floor issues and seek amicable solutions.

Qualification

• Have at least a diploma, along with extra certifications in office management or secretarial skills, as well as computer courses.
• 2 Years of experience as a Terminal Supervisor
• Good at communicating in English, both in writing and verbally.
• Knows airline systems (DCS) inside and out.
• Familiar with the policies and procedures for delivering ground handling services.
