Responsibilities of Customer Care Executive at NMC CosmeSurge

  • Utilize outside messaging to advertise CosmeSurge offerings, monitor appointments, and validate and handle post-appointment queries.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize patient leads, ensuring timely follow-ups on appointment bookings and medical questions.
  • Educate patients about clinical services, admission procedures and all necessary preparations.
  • Correctly incorporate and update patient data into administrative tools and call management systems.
  • Resolve/escalate patient concerns, complaints and questions promptly and compassionately.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of clinical services, policies and procedures to provide accurate information to patients.
  • Manage patient comments and reviews; identify problems, and fix them.
  • Integrate with Marketing, Call Center, and Senior Management teams to enhance leadership effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Document and track patient interactions and comments for reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain and supply appropriate documentation/tracking equipment as per operational requirements.
  • Perform relevant tasks and assignments as needed and required by immediate supervisor/management.
  • Follow shift times and be flexible to work as needed in various CosmeSurge units.
  • Be open to adjusting the timing of work shifts to meet the needs of the organization

Qualification

  • A High School Diploma
  • 2 years of experience as a Customer Care Executive
