KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS OF ULTRASONOGRAPHER AT MEDICLINIC AL SUFOUH
- Perform routine sonography procedures within set guidelines and by regulatory requirements
- Provide professional guidance, care and support to patients
- Ensure that the correct resources are allocated within or outside the area to provide extended support to the customer
- Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to the business on clinical matters.
- Support clinical science activities like clinical studies, creating local proof of concepts etc.
- Maintain patient records according to policy and statutory requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Radiology or Medical Imaging from an accredited institution
- A postgraduate qualification in sonography or ultrasound
EXPERIENCE
- Should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as an Ultrasonographer with musculoskeletal system, abdomen, superficial parts, obstetrics, gynaecology and vascular structures.
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Current clinical knowledge of radiology practices, industry trends and technologies
- Evaluation of diagnostic sonograms, laboratory results, and patient history and medical records
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
