Responsibilities of Sales Manager at Etihad Airways Dubai

• Creation of sales and marketing tactics to attain essential revenue, cost, and profitability targets, ensuring equal opportunities for sales collaborators.
• Coordinated use of resources in sales and marketing, calling methods, and concentrating on revenue and profitability, with regional business unit leadership to convert opportunities.
• Mainly responsible for the indirect channel and ensures that all sales channels are fully utilized for Etihad.
• Effective collaboration with Global Sales to develop and maintain effective B2B brand positioning and brand equity consistent with Etihad’s mission to be a quality and unique airline.
• Collecting, collating and sharing feedback and market intelligence and working effectively with HDQ stakeholders to take appropriate action.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the tourism industry, businesses, guests, governments, ministries, etc.
• Seen as Etihad’s Lead Ambassador for Area of ​​Responsibility
• Acting as a thinker at external events.

Educations

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant
• 8 years of experience as a Sales Manager
• Role to be based physically in Dubai.
• UAE Nationals preferred
