- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Serve as the front desk representative for the Metropolitan Sales office.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries directing them to the appropriate departments
- Provide information about hotel/restaurant services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist guests with inquiries.
- Manage reservations and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- 2 Years Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel/restaurant booking systems (experience with Hotel Management Software’s is a plus).
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Familiarity with local attractions and services to assist guests effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
