Procurement Manager in NMC Corporate Abu Dhabi

• Manage and deliver indirect procurement contracts by NMC Procurement policies.
• Manage and mitigate financial, legal commercial and reputational risks.
• Design commercial models including (not limited to) performance and financial
• Assist the procurement team to re-evaluate indirect procurement contracts and decide to renew, terminate, or renegotiate the existing contract by a specific date.
• Create, update and maintain accurate contractual administrative records for all the new and existing contractors and provide suggestions to improve it when needed
• Ensure that the Changes in terms and conditions or scope of the contract is made only through a formal amendment Procedure.
• Monitoring contractor’s progress and performance by ensuring goods/services are in compliance to contract requirements and to UAE laws
• Assisting to team in budgeting and accounting processes to ensure sufficient funds are available to pay a contractor

• Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration or related fields. A Master’s degree will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commercial focus
• Ability to think critically and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic would be advantage.
• Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
• 6-7 years of experience working with contracts as a Procurement Manager, Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage
