Responsibilities of Procurement Manager at NMC Corporate Alain Tower

• Monitor and execute indirect procurement contracts by NMC procurement guidelines.
• Resolve and minimize financial, legal, commercial and reputational risks.
• Guide the procurement team in evaluating indirect procurement contracts and making decisions on when to negotiate, renew, or cancel them.
• Create, review and maintain accurate contract management documents for new and existing contractors and present improvement proposals as needed.
• Develop various business models such as performance and financial structures.
• Ensure that changes to the terms or scope of the contract are made only through a formal amendment process.
• Monitor the contractor’s progress and performance to ensure that goods or services meet contractual requirements and comply with UAE laws.
• Assist the team with budgeting and accounting processes to ensure sufficient funds are available to pay the contractor.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Master’s degree will be an advantage
• 3 years of experience as a Procurement Manager
