Accountablilites of BMT Data Manager at American Hospital

• Helps nursing staff develop their clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills by facilitating case consultations, presenting presentations, reviewing cases, placing patients on the bedside, etc.
• An example of nursing standards and philosophy is this person.
• Participates in the development of patient care policies and procedures.
• Manages the coordination of patient care and medical attention with a variety of healthcare teams.
• They ensure that nursing care covers all physical, psychological, social and cultural aspects.
• Treatment is carried out with the understanding of the patient’s development and maturity prerequisites.
• Provides comprehensive documentation and reports on patient treatment.
• Provides guidance and direction in the delivery of patient care by utilizing research and findings to enhance practice.
• Provides guidance and oversight for initial patient/family education procedures.
• Offers and backs culturally appropriate care for patients and families.
• Introduces and assesses novel and imaginative methods to achieve improvement objectives.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• 4 years of experience as a BMT Data Manager
• Management and leadership skills
• Some English and Arabic
• Experience working in a private hospital is an advantage.
