• Remain professionally throughout.
• Solid customer service skills for constructive communication with both internal and external customers.
• Maintenance of admission, registration and timetables.
• Defines and attains both qualitative and quantitative targets as an individual and collaborative team. Participates in departmental meetings and activities.
• Willingness to work different shifts depending on work hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Collect and accurately enter patient information (eg insurance and demographic information) into the Health Information System (HIS).
• Ensure financial eligibility and approve all necessary documents after planning and registration.
• Maintains a positive outlook and excellent customer service by working multiple shifts and paying attention to detail.
• The accurate collection, validation and entry of the data.

Education

•  Diploma in relevant field
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferable
