Responsibilities of HR at Mediclinic Corporate Office

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify necessary reports, formulate surveys, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
• Assist with business intelligence by creating reports, fixing data issues and finding ways to improve processes.
• Organize activities for Guest Relations Officers (GROs) and guarantee their compliance with government policies.
• Implement strategies to attract and retain UAE citizens in line with the government’s.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Engage with senior management and HR to efficiently recruit and integrate Emirati talent.
• Duties include overseeing processes such as license renewals and visas.
• Stay up to date with employment law, immigration policy and pension regulations.
• Guide staff and prepare reports on performance metrics.

Education

• A Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant
• CHRM/ CIPDis a preferable

Experience and Skills

• 6 years of experience in managing GROs or as a HR
• English proficiency,
