Responsibilities of Corporate Strategy Manger at Etihad Airways
- Contributes to the creation of KPIs, weights and targets for every business sector.
- Document the calculation methods, procedures and recipients for every KPI.
- Manage monthly monitoring of scorecards for selected business areas.
- Lead discussions to ensure compatibility with business owners.
- Identify and correct large deviations from previous periods and targets.
- Facilitate the exploration of ways to enhance profitability at both budgetary and fiscal levels.
- Identify initiatives in collaboration with business and financial partners.
- Ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and strive to achieve maximum impact.
- Track the impact of initiatives and regularly update the senior team.
- Monitors the execution of plans for important projects to improve profitability.
- Take action and express your concerns if necessary.
- Develop effective communication materials for senior management and external audiences.
- Use benchmark data to assess Etihad’s performance against industry peers.
- Examine the monthly performance of particular affiliates in comparison to their previous periods and budgets.
- Make certain important distinctions are recognized and communicated to upper management.
- Contributes in clarifying potential gaps in internal audit.
- Improve internal processes and ensure proper documentation within the team.
Education
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related
- 4 years of experience as a Corporate Strategy Manger
- Ability to deliver high quality reports.
