Responsibilities

  • Perform Maintenance: Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on instrumentation and controls infrastructure, electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including PLCs, control logic, motors, drives, and other automated equipment.
  • Read and Interpret Schematics: Use electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to identify and address electrical problems.
  • Install and Test Systems: Install, test, and calibrate electrical systems and components in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate on Schedules: Work with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.

Working Conditions

  • Work in a manufacturing environment exposed to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
  • Stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Industrial Control Technology.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial setting, performing electrical maintenance.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, drives, and automation equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Proficient in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to work in cross functional teams.
