Welder’s Helper Job In Taiwan

Stand-By Personnel is currently seeking for welder’s helper to join their team in Tulsa, OK, Taiwan. The ideal candidate must have ability to assist in the layout, fitting, and assembly of structural forms, such as machinery frames, bridge parts, and pressure vessels. Applicants must have previous weld shop experience.

Responsibilities for Welder’s Helper:

• Assist in the layout, fitting, and assembly of structural forms, such as machinery frames, bridge parts, and pressure vessels.
• Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to plan welding operations, especially in experimental scenarios.
• Inspect workpieces for defects, measure for conformance, and adjust components as needed.
• Operate various tools and equipment, including acetylene equipment, arc welders, and cutting tools.
• Support quality, engineering, and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring all equipment is used safely and efficiently.

Qualifications for Welder’s Helper:

• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and engineering requirements.
• Previous Weld Shop experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement in skill levels and experience.
