RESPONSIBILITIES OF CALL CENTRE AGENT AT NMC ROYAL HOSPITAL

  • Performs clerical duties as assigned.
  • Assists in training new hires as directed.
  • Following call center scripts and protocols to handle different types of calls.
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Upselling products or services to customers when appropriate.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing basic technical support.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures.Collaborating with team members to achieve call centre goals and targets.
  • Continuously improving knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities
  • Makes telephone confirmations for scheduled appointments, clinic cancellations, rescheduling, and follow-up with missed appointments.
  • Accepts assignments as designated by the Call Centre Supervisor.
  • Adheres to the hospital / departmental policies and procedures.
  • Recognizes the cultural needs of the patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School certificate or Equivalent
  • 2 years of experience as a Call Centre Agent in your country
