The role

Situated on the 3rd floor of Melbourne’s Crown Towers, Crystal Club is a private lounge offering an array of exclusive privileges to all its guests. With high ceilings and mirror finishes, it’s a mesmerizing space for our guests to relax and indulge.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Assist the team in the day-to-day operations of the venue.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking.
• Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge.

About you

You’ll bring the following:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience working as a Food and Beverage Attendant in a premium / hotel environment would be advantageous.
• Availability to commit to a Full-Time rotating roster across weekends, public holidays and major events.

Additional Information

This role requires a valid Victorian RSA certificate. Please upload a copy on application.
