Responsibilities of Senior Analyst in Mubadala Healthpoint

Data Environment Organization

  • Collaborating with data stewards, data owners, and business stakeholders ensures that data architecture solutions align with organizational requirements. Well-designed data pipelines and integration workflows enable efficient data management and enhance the accessibility and usability of data for analysis and reporting purposes.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Manages complex datasets by identifying, aggregating, cleaning and validating data from multiple sources in preparation for reporting use.
  • Implements various visualization techniques to assist users in identifying critical data quickly and accurately.
  • Participates in the development of data models.
  • Collects, interprets and analyzes large volumes of data, patterns, trends, and correlations can be identified, leading to actionable insights.
  • Carries out advanced reporting and dashboards tracking KPIs and metrics provide real-time visibility into business performance, enabling informed decision-making and proactive responses to business challenges.
  • Uses analytical techniques to design, develop and maintain reports, scorecards and dashboards, summarizing clinical, quality and operations data, for review by executives and operations team.
  • Provides in-depth analysis and develops routine reporting of business metrics,financials and clinical operations.
  • Creates or reviews technical design documentation to ensure the accurate development of reporting solutions.
  • Submits data per internal requirements to M42 and the asset.
  • Advance expertise using SQL to develop complex queries from electronic medical record.
  • Knowledge of Cerner Command Language (CCL) in facilities utilizing Cerner as electronic medical record.

Business Intelligence Development

  • Design, build, and mange Healthcare Data Analytics solutions, which drive superior quality improvement analytics.
  • Advance expertise developing data models, cubes, and visualizations using BI tools empowers stakeholders to explore data and gain insights independently.
  • Robust and scalable BI solutions ensure the availability of accurate and secure data for analysis, enabling the organization to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Data Visualization and Communication

  • Produces compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations facilitate the understanding of complex data findings by stakeholders at all levels.
  • Effective communication of insights and recommendations to business leaders promotes data-driven decision-making, fosters collaboration, and improves overall organizational performance.

Communication

  • Communicates effectively with team members and maintains good inter-functional liaison to ensure smooth implementation of operational activities.
  • Communicates applicable regulatory requirements in a timely and clear manner within the division.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data or IT fields.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in data or IT.

Experience:

  • Proven experience (4+ years) as a Senior Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • 2+ years’ experience in healthcare industry as a Analyst.

Preferred:

  • Experience working on contact center data analytics.

Certification & Licensure:

  • Microsoft Power BI Certified.

Job-Specific Skills & Abilities:

  • Expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M language and the ability to manipulate data and perform calculations in Microsoft Power BI.
  • SQL and data querying languages, along with proficiency in working with relational databases and data warehouses.
  • Proficiency in utilizing BI tools and technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
