Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and support production workers to meet schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Production Planning: Work with planning teams to prioritize activities and optimize workflow.
  • Training and Development: Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes and conduct quality checks.
  • Equipment Operation: Oversee equipment operation and coordinate maintenance.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and conduct safety meetings.
  • Performance Management: Track performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with team members and other departments.

Working Conditions

  • Work in a manufacturing environment exposed to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
  • Stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Availability for rotating shifts and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in a production leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
