Mediclinic is presently hiring for the role of Patient Administrator in Airport Road Hospital Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will be responsible to improve the overall quality of patient care by efficiently performing all aspects of the patient administrator role. RESPONSIBILITY AREAS OF PATIENT ADMINISTRATOR IN MEDICLINIC AIRPORT ROAD HOSPITAL

To effectively and efficiently manage the patient appointment scheduling and registration process
To effectively and efficiently manage the medical insurance process and other related tasks
Effectively manage the billing and cash up process
Work closely with all service providing centers and Doctors/ Therapists to generate accurate billing information.
Oversee All Approvals authenticity applicable as per the company policy
Attend calls of all billing related query and responds and resolves independently when possible.
Able to download and prepare reports and submit accordingly
To consistently meet customer service expectations by improving the quality of patient service

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Completed secondary school education (Grade 12)
Desired: Tertiary Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferably within the fields of medical science, finance / accounting

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: 2-3 Years’ experience in a customer services role or Patient Administrator, preferably in the healthcare industry
Desired: Experience in a Contact Centre or Healthcare environment
