Ensure that any problems are addressed to the appropriate individuals responsible for handling them.
Ability to determine the physical and psychological needs of the patient and family.
Demonstrates ability to coordinate and plan care and prioritize care based on individual needs.
Knowledge and proficiency in providing care and services based on age, fitness, and developmental needs of patients.
Maintains compliance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures for nursing care.
Identifies and responds appropriately to urgent/crises and guides team members with poise and proficiency.
Arrange and prepare patient for outpatient MRI/CT exam under sedation/pain management.
Administer medications, chemotherapy, infusions, and blood products (all) according to hospital policies and procedures.
