KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS OF NURSE MANAGER ONCOLOGY AT MEDICLINIC AIRPORT ROAD HOSPITAL

• To provide strong leadership and management guidance to the team
• To ensure evidence-based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards
• To ensure positive patient experiences by developing employees and creating an environment that enables team engagement
• To manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources in a cost-efficient and effective manner to enhance safe patient care
• To monitor and manage compliance with legislative, regulatory and clinical standards to ensure continuous quality improvement

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised/accredited Nursing Institute
• Desired: Master of Science in Nursing or related Healthcare field
• valid BLS and ACLS certificate

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Essential: At least 3-5 years experience as a Nurse Manager, preferably in a private hospital
• Desired: 5-10 years senior nursing experience
