  • Manages clinical and operational activities at ward level and ensure the provision of optimum clinical care, customer satisfaction and patient safety.

  • Performs required clinical procedures competently and ensures competencies are current as outlined in the Clinical Competency Framework
  • Uses the nursing process in the promotion of patient holistic health and wellbeing.
  • Uses ward resources such as dressings and clinical items in a cost effective and responsible manner

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a Nurse
  • Maintains valid, current RN licensure from own country.
  • BLS, certified.
  • Certified proof of yearly CME.
  • Specialist Nursing certifications such as Critical Care Nursing or Paediatric Nursing is advantageous.
  • International accreditation experience is an advantage.
