 Responsibilities of Nurse in Aster Ansar

• Skillful in basic procedures such as performing blood sampling ,recording of 12 lead ECG taking care of patient under diagnostic and therapeutic radiology investigation, wound dressing ,vitals
  assessment and management of medication.
• Assists to establish and control the support the implementation of standards of nursing practice and guidelines of care.
• Renders and ensures Total Patient Care according to the Scientific Nursing Process following the guidelines of the International Patient Safety Goals, evidence based practice and clinical pathways as per policy.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates care given to assigned patients in an effective and organized manner.
• Follows policy and delivers designated nursing interventions to assigned patients.
• Performs admission, discharge, and transfer of the patient.
• Collects appropriate history, conducts physical examination, and performs patient assessment and reassessment appropriately.
• Knowledge about the vaccination protocol and departmental specific procedures.
• Assisting the consultant for departmental specific procedures.
• Providing health education to patient and family members.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s in nursing.
• Valid registration from state nursing council.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Nurse
• Proven problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
• Should be compassionate with good communication skill
• Ability to establish and maintain a good rapport with children, staff and parents
