RESPONSIBILITIES OF MARKETING MANAGER AT NMC BAREEN INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL
- To use a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts and think creatively, devising new ways of communicating with established and potential customers.
- Focus on identifying new business opportunities that fit the strategic direction of the organization, and maximizing the outcomes of those opportunities.
- Develop and implement Public Relations Strategies to position the organization as the healthcare provider of choice for the UAE and the region.
- Develop relationships with businesses and community groups to promote health care services.
- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and associated documentation.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Marketing Team to monitor and analyze the organization’s media exposure.
- Plan and execute events (public awareness campaigns, media and publicity campaigns, staff annual function and social responsibility projects)
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures
- Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, and promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Improves brand marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Marketing Manager
