KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS OF MANAGER DELIVERY IN MEDICLINIC JOWHARA HOSPITAL

To provide strong leadership and management guidance to the team
To ensure evidence based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards
To ensure positive patient experiences by developing employees and creating an environment that enables team engagement
Evaluating nurse and medical staff performance and managing daily treatment schedules.
To manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources in a cost efficient and effective manner to enhance safe patient care
To monitor and manage compliance with legislative, regulatory and clinical standards to ensure continuous quality improvement

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Midwifery from a recognized or accredited Nursing Institute
Desired: Master of Science in Midwifery or related Healthcare field

EXPERIENCE

Essential: At least 3-5 years’ senior nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital
Desired: 5-10 years as a senior nurse or Unit Manager
