KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS OF MANAGER DELIVERY IN MEDICLINIC JOWHARA HOSPITAL
- To provide strong leadership and management guidance to the team
- To ensure evidence based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards
- To ensure positive patient experiences by developing employees and creating an environment that enables team engagement
- Evaluating nurse and medical staff performance and managing daily treatment schedules.
- To manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources in a cost efficient and effective manner to enhance safe patient care
- To monitor and manage compliance with legislative, regulatory and clinical standards to ensure continuous quality improvement
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Midwifery from a recognized or accredited Nursing Institute
- Desired: Master of Science in Midwifery or related Healthcare field
EXPERIENCE
- Essential: At least 3-5 years’ senior nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital
- Desired: 5-10 years as a senior nurse or Unit Manager

- Demonstrate the ability to implement all five (5) stages of the Scientific Nursing Process (assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation)
