Accountabilities of Lead Fleet Engineer at Etihad Airways
- Evaluation of reliability data and alert notification to perform root cause analysis to develop or identify corrective actions.
- Contact OEM as required to respond to the reliability department with the specified timelines.
- Prioritize and implement a plan with internal and external stakeholders to improve fleet reliability and on-time performance.
- To ensure accomplishment of additional work to provide solutions to on-going technical problems.
- Incorporation of company requested Cabin modifications.
- Ensures that all Non-Mandatory Modifications for the related fleet properly assess, decide and timely incorporate.
- Evaluate and verify engineering order issues in order to provide correct, adequate and approved maintenance data in line with the applicable regulations.
- The Lead Engineer Cabin works towards identification of any deterioration in the technical performance of Cabin and recommends an efficient and economic resolution
Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree in the field of Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years CAMO experience as Lead Fleet Engineer /
- Technical Services engineer in the field of Technical Commercial Aviation or Airline Engineering
