Accountabilities of Lead Fleet Engineer at Etihad Airways

• Evaluation of reliability data and alert notification to perform root cause analysis to develop or identify corrective actions.
• Contact OEM as required to respond to the reliability department with the specified timelines.
• Prioritize and implement a plan with internal and external stakeholders to improve fleet reliability and on-time performance.
• To ensure accomplishment of additional work to provide solutions to on-going technical problems.
• Incorporation of company requested Cabin modifications.
• Ensures that all Non-Mandatory Modifications for the related fleet  properly assess, decide and timely incorporate.
• Evaluate and verify engineering order issues in order to provide correct, adequate and approved maintenance data in line with the applicable regulations.
• The Lead Engineer Cabin works towards identification of any deterioration in the technical performance of Cabin and recommends an efficient and economic resolution

Education and Experience

• Bachelor degree in the field of Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years CAMO experience as Lead Fleet Engineer /
• Technical Services engineer in the field of Technical Commercial Aviation or Airline Engineering
