Responsibilities

  • Handle materials and equipment: Safely lift, carry, and move construction materials around job sites.
  • Work in all weather conditions, maintaining productivity and focus.
  • Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards throughout the day.
  • Perform manual labour tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting materials
  • Check equipment and site conditions to identify potential hazards before starting tasks.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in construction, quarry, or heavy machinery operations preferred.
  • A strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as shoveling, lifting, and carrying.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with your crew and leadership.
