Qualifications for Enterprise Support Analyst:

  • Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in providing customer support or onboarding for a software product.
  • It must have BA/BSC/BEng degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and clien satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities for Enterprise Support Analyst:

  • Candidate must have ability to respond promotly and accurately to customer support inquiries.
  • Ability to triage, document and escalate product bugs via jira to engineering and product.
  • Create self-service knowledge base articles and saved replies based on frequently asked questions.
  • Experience in handling and dealing with large and strategic focused accounts.
