The Role
Engineering and Facilities services is the engine room that keeps us going, a dynamic team that supports the operations of Crown hotels and resorts. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Engineering team as an Electrician on a Full Time basis! In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests by:
- Being responsible for the effective maintenance, and repairs of all engineering Executing Repairs & Maintenance: Complete assigned repair and preventative maintenance work orders safely, on time, and professionally
- Troubleshooting & Fault finding on electrical circuits in a commercial environment including lighting, power and HVAC controls
- Manage tasks utilizing a computer-based work order system – FMI
- Minor electrical installations in accordance with Australian Standards
The following attributes are desirable but not essential:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Experience with HVAC & Refrigeration controls (desirable)
- Experience with lighting control systems including emergency lighting
- Work autonomously and within a team environment
- Ability to read wiring diagrams
- Basic understanding of High Voltage supply networks
- Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Trade qualification required, Western Australian Electrical License (with no restrictions).
- LV Rescue and CPR (Desirable)
- EWP (Desirable)
- HV Switching qualification (Desirable)
- Western Australian Drivers License.
