Contract Coordinator in NMC Corporate Abu Dhabi

• Assisting and documenting all amendments to the contract and obtaining required signatures
• Monitoring contractor’s progress and performance by ensuring goods/services are in compliance to contract requirements and to UAE laws
• Assisting to team in budgeting and accounting processes to assure sufficient funds are available to pay contractor.
• Reviewing and Verifying accuracy of invoices and authorizing payments consistent with contract terms.
• Assist the procurement team to re-evaluate the contracts and decide to renew, terminate, or renegotiate the existing contract by a specific date.
• Create, update and maintain accurate contractual administrative records for all the new and existing contractors and provide suggestion to improve it as in when needed
• Ensure that the Changes in terms and conditions or scope of the contract is made only through a formal amendment Procedure..

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Master’s degree will be an advantage.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think critically and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic would be advantages.
• Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information.

Experience

• 1 year of experience working as a Contract Coordinator, Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage
