NMC is presently accepting applications from suitable candidates for the job role of Commercial Manager in Corporate Office Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will be accountable for preparing and reviewing indirect procurement contracts in collaboration with respective stakeholders. This job ID number is 3881. 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF COMMERCIAL MANAGER IN NMC CORPORATE

  • Manage and deliver indirect procurement contracts by NMC Procurement policies.
  • Manage and mitigate financial, legal commercial and reputational risks.
  • Design commercial models including (not limited to) performance and financial
  • Assist the procurement team to re-evaluate indirect procurement contracts and decide to renew, terminate, or renegotiate the existing contract by a specific date.
  • Create, update and maintain accurate contractual administrative records for all the new and existing contractors and provide suggestions to improve it when needed
  • Ensure that the Changes in terms and conditions or scope of the contract is made only through a formal amendment Procedure.
  • Monitoring contractor’s progress and performance by ensuring goods/services comply with contract requirements and UAE laws
  • Assisting to team in budgeting and accounting processes to ensure sufficient funds are available to pay a contractor

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 6-7 years of experience working with contracts as a Commercial Manager

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong commercial focus
  • Ability to think critically and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic would be advantages.
  • Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information

Salary package

  • The Salary offered by the company for the selected candidate is 6500-7500 AED.
