The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury! Crown Metropol, one of the largest hotels in Australia offers unique luxurious guest experiences to suit everybody’s style. We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to become a valuable member of the Crown Metropol Housekeeping leadership team!
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Support the Executive Housekeeper in the coordination of all housekeeping activities to achieve maximum efficiency and high-quality service delivery for our guests.
- Manage a large team of dedicated employees; complete office tasks; including recruitment, training and development, financial management, as well as conducting quality assurance checks.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Legislation and policies are strictly adhered to.
You’ll bring the following:
- Previous Housekeeping Management experience in a 5 star hotel.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on Occupational Health & Safety and employee safety and wellbeing.
- Confidence in leading and motivating a large team in a fast paced high pressure environment.
To be successful, you must:
- Be able to work flexibly over a 7-day rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays).
- Have or obtain a Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol.
- Have full unrestricted Australian working rights.
